Tailwind Group’s Fifth Major Student Housing Acquisition in 2023
Tailwind Group and its partners are pleased to announce the acquisition of Ozark Villas, a 213-unit, 670-bedroom property in Fayetteville, AR. The purchase represents Tailwind’s fifth major student housing acquisition in 2023, and second in the University of Arkansas market. The asset was purchased from Fountain Residential Partners and the transaction was brokered by Teddy Leatherman and her team at JLL.
Upon closing, the property was rebranded to College Town Fayetteville. Tailwind Group plans to embark on major exterior renovations soon after closing.
