This repurposed location originally housed a city fire station. Purchased on an RFP bid, this retired firehouse was originally intended to be a mixed-use development with high-end residential units and a main level office space. Addressing concerns from the neighborhood, the project was redesigned to house a single commercial tenant to meet the wishes of the local community.
