With steadily increasing student enrollment, our group saw the need for an added commercial presence, conveniently located adjacent to the Minnesota State University, Mankato campus. As lead developer, our organization worked with a valuable investment partner to construct a practical design, capable of supporting multiple retail and commercial business units.
